Philippines...., 07 Aug 201316gb is for those who can't afford the 32gb version's price. LG is always considers others. Nah, everyone offers different storage sizes to artificially raise the price. example is the nexus 4. Only 299 bucks? No one is gonna buy the 8gb version anyways so it's actually more (as much as 16gb cost)

Anonymous, 08 Aug 2013Try to snap out of it, you are making a fool out of yourself, totally. There is no radiation f... moreYes there is and it's called electromagnetic radiation. Basically, its a SAR level, if the level is too high it might damage your brain.
popye, 08 Aug 2013I know right? I wouldn't buy an LG phone no matter how mouth-watering the specs are. There are... moreYou clearly don't know what you are talking about! I brought my L9 running ice cream sandwich out of the box! I'm currently running on jellybean. I hope you know how to get your facts straight 1st! Before you utter out crappy statements like that! LG have really improved on giving out updates on the smartphones!
Disappointing design. LG made some really fine designs in the past. Awkward exterior. My opinion about the exterior, not the rest.
popye, 07 Aug 2013A highend device encased in plastic and with a premium price tag is totally unacceptable these... moreWhat are you? Are you campaiging behalf of them? How much are you being paid? Enough of this plastic thing! Just look.around you, everything(electronics) is made up of plastic. People knows whats best for them. If you care so much about the material being used, well dont buy and dont advice others!
The first thing to notice about this phone is its 'Samsung'ish looks, I hate those looks, but looking at specs, i must say LG has blown away competition, They should work on camera lenses too, Nexus 4 has a very poor lens for 8MP shooter. Size of this phablet is not stretching to limits like xperia z ultra, that's 2 good thing about this phone. They must have put a high quality DAC to give that kind of audio output, overall nice phone.... cheers!!
beckon, 08 Aug 2013No matter how good LG phones are spec-wise...you would still have second thoughts getting 'em ... moreI like LG phones, but you're right, the support of the software is terrible. I think the manufacturers could learn a bit from Sony and their support of their Xperia line.
Why do these south korean companies are very fond of designing a
glossy, plasticky thingy?
ughh... just yucky!
if not for that button in the back, I'd say he would be perfect. two rings for waking the device is magnificent! Sure, Nokia came first, but what it lacked in Android that was it! But that button, there will surely be tight in the pocket. Did not need that button, it was only the power button on and off on the right side of the smartphone and ready, maybe a touchpad to increase and decrease the volume on links and page scrolling on the Net But LG had to ruin the whole construction of the apparatus with this button! And the lack of atualigações operating system and some bugs. I just hope that the nexus 5 does not have this damn back button.
I know right? I wouldn't buy an LG phone no matter how mouth-watering the specs are. There are more to a smartphone than specs alone. I pity those 12 million people who bought an LG phone last quarter for they will be stuck on whatever software version they have when they bought their phone.
fingerz, 07 Aug 2013LG is doing everything Samsung should've done. Beginning with getting rid of that stupid home... moreI disagree. I like the home button on my Samsung and miss it on the Nexus 4. having to reach round the back to check the time at nite is a pain same when it's in a car cradle and you want to check the traffic cams. A physical home button makes this way easier..
No matter how good LG phones are spec-wise...you would still have second thoughts getting 'em
>Poor support from LG (timely updates)
>Poor dev community support
>Camera quality aren't par with competition
>Availability in some region really do takes time
