More camera samples from Sony Xperia Honami leak - read the full textThe Sony Xperia Honami is rumored to have a relatively big 1/2.3" 20.7MP image sensor as well as a 28mm, F/2.0 Sony G lens, but we've only seen one camera sample. A few more have leaked, but unlike the first one, these were shot at 8MP resolution. The first sample was shot with an Xperia Honami...

Nothing great about 1/2.3-inch sensor.. even a super cheap digicam has it..

There are just too much noise in those pictures and the quality degrades as you zoom in those pictures, and they start to look grainy. Very bad. Low light photography too isn't impressive. Let's wait for the official announcement.

Very poor picture quality (as usual from Sony - like withe the Xperia S, T and Z).

What's worse: these pics were taken with the 8MP resolution so imagine how much more noise there will be with the 20 MP pictures.

I don't get why they went with the 20 MP sensor - without clever techniques like Nokia's going over 8-13 MP is crazy and stupid.

And I know it's probably not the final firmware but don't expect wonders from firmware update.

Why do you guys even bother to post such awfull pictures and even brag about them? They look just AWFULL! Don't the current leadership of Sony understand that crap is not we want from a supposedly premium brand!
