I'm afraid to do it since I have my whole contact list and a lot of official data on my phone. What worries me is the time I spent on apps and making things the way I want on thus phone. Hard reset, imo, will need me to do that all over again. Kindly update.

Tips to improve the hox battery
1. Turn off ur automatic brightness and set it below 50
2. do not charge ur phone to 100 percent keep it between 80-90 percent and you will notice 20 improvement in battery..
Give a try to this it will surely help all hox and hox+ users as I have been doing this trick for last 1 year for my hox...
Software update won't fix such issues coz these are hardware problems as all Tegra3 chips are suffering from battery and lag issues including battery overhearing...

> In reply to HOX+ @ 2013-10-01 07:45 from K57U - click to readThere is absolutely no need to do the reset if you dont face any problems. As i already said its recommended and not mandatory. However doing one would make things a lot smoother and avoid issues that could pop up after an update.
