Folks don't be ignorant abt bb bcos its a phone for a specific class as rolls royce is also a class in cars. Pls don't sell it to anyone but shd be properly managed and a lot of market research shd be conducted. Am very sad when I heard the news abt samsung going to introduce bbm on their cheap device. Pls don't try doing that bcos u will lose much customers if this is done on the purchasing power of customers.

Blackberry was and still is a great company however they left it too late before the tried to "change the face of the smart phone market" by brining out 4 phones (Z10, Q10, Q5 and the upcoming Z30) if they had released these phones slightly earlier like when apple released the 4S they could still be in the market. I am not saying the Z and Q10 are bad phones because they aren't by any means, but like i said before it was too late.

The two executives who left Blackberry a couple of weeks ago are the number one contenders who are speculated to buy the company. As a matter of fact I believe they said that was their reason of leaving

I feel also sad to BB...
But honestly all the specs they have is so low....

And their design was like from 10yrs ago w/those qwerty!...awkward style!.
They have few touch screen model but the price is for high end,,while it is only a mid range when you compare it to other brand..
the phone has no reason,no new...
Low features...nothing interesting..

And many people knows that.

I don't really know what's the company's problem, they are not considering the option of reviving the business. Please,if anyone has a means in which the company human resource officer can be contacted- I wish to advice them on some ways to help the company's business---if It doesn't work, then they can consider selling.

It is so sad to see BlackBerry go. You shallow people talk about Sony, Samsung, etc. These are all cheap thrill copy-cat technologies aimed at average ignorant users. Who invented Push Mail, way before Exchange Sync, Blackberry. Who invented a boundary-less messenger system way before What's app, BBM, again BlackBerry. The only other Company worth respect is Apple. The rest are all copy cats with gimmicks like Big Screen, billion pixels camera, nothing new or innovative. For crying out loud, they don't even have their own software and all using Android. Only Apple & Blackberry at least had their own software. So please stop all this ignorant talk about your Sonys or Samsungs. All copy cats!!!!

First Nokia and now BlackBerry.. Damn.. Why every good things come to an end? Maybe it's a natural phenomenon.. I used Android as well as iOS, none of them are perfect. While iOS is restrictive, it's doesn't lag but where Android isn't restrictive, it's lags.. We need BlackBerry to stay. BB10 is a great OS and it needs just some main apps and some more features then it's fine. Hope some magical can happen.

> In reply to haris @ 2013-09-06 06:40 from 6Qfb - click to readI also love my w800 and 810 they are super superb when it comes to sound quality..well you just have to use a high end headphones because the ''megabass''' is uncomparable, super boombass! Nowadays you cannot find that kind of sound quality,,
You can only find that on k750,w800,w810 and w960!

Talking about its 2mp,,it has a 1632x1224 pixel
,compare of all brand there that has 2mp but 1600x1200 only!

Sony is the king when it comes to
Sound and camera!

And also being innovative company!

> In reply to M82CQ @ 2013-09-05 19:17 from t1$F - click to readI absolutely agree with you, i still had been using my w810i until recently when i put in my pocket and forgot to take it out before it went into the laundry, but until then the device had been working just fine. Its 2 megapixel camera easily beats many of todays 8 and 12 megapixels camera in terms of picture quality, even after 5 years of use it would still amaze me at its picture taking capability. Remember it had just 2 megapixels..

it a hell to transfer all data like notes, contacts, messages from one OS10 BB to another OS10 BB, there is no proper working backup option on BB link is a sucks, if you don't care of your data its OK to buy this phones, desktop software was very friendly...users get frustrated and switch to another brands...

I just can't believe this. All that is good vanishes and all that's crapp is selling. This world is just upside down. This is what happens when you let the technology in the hands of amateurs...

Never mind the the massive amounts of engineering brains and design talent, if there isn't a visionary management with a healthy portion of "down to earth"ness, all this potential is nothing more then a bunch of clueless chickens.

Folks, telling you my true experience.had a Blackberry torch.which had an annoying habit shutting down abruptly while in the pocket or attending a call.An 8520 whose paint and the rubber insert along with the switches peeling off within one year and now down with a software failure. Two Nokias blessing me with the failure of keypad and display respectively. But I have a Sony Ericsson K750i and an 810 i working splendidly even though being thrown away by my three year old daughter innumerable times. To be honest 750i has a new battery now and she won't take a 4 GB memory card. The shots from the 3.2 MP camera of the 810 are superb with minimum grain and comparable to many 8 MPs shown in GSM Arena.Music through 750's headphone have no parallels in depth and clarity. What say you guys....?By the way I am using an S3 mini as my main phone.suits my needs very well...
