Guys, a question. My friend is getting back home i.e. India from US. If he buys this lumia 1020 for me at 199$ and gets it here, will i be able to use it here, or there would be some lock kind of a thing.

Problem is not lumia. Nokia. It's Microsoft WP OS. Can't even dial mine to my network service Provider, no service code allowed!!! Keep showing failed if you dial *xxx#. This was not a problem in windows mobile devices. only windows phones devices. FIX it microhard head.
