Android in September 2013: 4.3 adoption going faster than 4.2 - read the full textGoogle detailed the state of Android OS versions in September and it's business as usual Jelly Bean is gaining slowly, while pre-4.1 versions decline. Pre-2.1 versions account for about 1% of devices, but they are too old for the new Play Store app and are not included in the charts. With that...

I'm concerned about my privacy and i don't like anyone invade my privacy. Now, there's NSA on Android and NSA officials can collect data such as contact list, call log, SMSs, live chat history, browsing data, read your emails, access files from your emails, access your thumbnails and all that without warrants. On newer version of Android, this spying is at high rate. So, i have to use a Gingerbread phone for quite a while and that too without using any Google services if i don't want my privacy to be violated by any company. Your private data on your Android is no longer secure and there aren't more innovations happening in Android. Every Android OEM copying others and lot of people are losing interest in Android OS.

Look at the benchmarks, because Google don't cheat they are junk compared to the others, Apple don't cheat either, they just blow the others away on pure 64bit performance.

Use Bluetooth and you will see your battery go out at an extremely alarming rate.
