Nokia Lumia 520 is available in most places at around 160 USD. Now a major part of its cost is the licence for Win Phone 8. Why doesn't Nokia just use Lumia 520 chassis and install Symbian S40 on it ? I am sure it can be brought down to about 100 USD, the price range of Asha 501 and 502 !

for now theres not OS capable to run in feature phones except S40 series and WP

since S40 is outdated, the best bet would be WP.
WP on asha series wont be a great success if doesnot support a MicroSD and Dual-Sim...

It will rock if it comes with a 3.5 inch WVGA screen.
