Well, if you go to "Galaxy S4 mini pictures" section on this very page, you will easily see both on black and white pictures that there are 3 dots on the right side of the earpiece. In this picture (pink) there is a fourth black dot to the left of the earpiece. It is strange that nobody noticed it and nobody wonders about it. If there is a notification LED in the newer phones that would be a good news since it should have been from the beginning.

From the picture, this pink one seems to have the notification LED. In the upper left side there is a black dot that does not appear in the regular S4 mini. Anyone knows what that is? It would be really interesting if Samsung improved this phone by adding the notification LED...

There is no S4 mini on AT&T. Maybe in the future, but not for now. I don't know where you get your information from. What they have is a S3 mini with a better processor ( dual core 1,2 Ghz) than the international version(single core 1.0 Ghz)

Samsung made "mini" version, for people, who can't afford S4, want all features, and + a smaller screen. Like 200$ - 250$ less, stil with nice performance, better than S3!
While Z1 mini, my guess, is it will cost roughly same as Z1 mini. Sony gone the way, make it almost same, just smaller for our needs.

NEXT, Check the price, then you could tell that Z1 mini is clearly high end phone. While S4 mini is high mid-range.
