target101, 16 Oct 2013also just to throw it in the best selling phones for the year maybe you should take a look at ... moreWTH,According to this list : In 2013 HTC One sold over 40 Million and the S4 sold over 39 Million and HTC is still struggling ... Is this even accurate?

Bodi, 16 Oct 2013Don't ever think that Naxes saved LG's ass and will save HTC if they are get into Nexus. Most ... moresorry nobody likes the nexus? then why is it currently the most anticipated smart phone the nexus 4 sold out epicly and is popular worldwide in australia i have seen a heap of them as a nexus 4 16 gig here was 349 a 16 gig iphone 5 was about 1k
I think HTC one is much better than the IPHONE 5, whether its air gesture function or screen resolution, I like it very much, but I recently saw a mobile phone which is similar with HTC one no matter style and performance, called OrientPhone S6, it can play 3 d games, antutu test can reach 16000 scores.

Most ... moreI agree with you that Nexus did not save LG because i think LG was already doing good, it just boosted their rank in the market. But i disagree with you that countries outside the US don't like Nexus Smartphones,i'm not from the US and i strongly hope that the Play store will be available very soon in my country so i can enjoy high-end specs with reasonable price tag.
Don't ever think that Naxes saved LG's ass and will save HTC if they are get into Nexus. Most of the Nexus is sold inside the US and profit margin is very less. Selling a single HTC one is equal to selling 3 Nexus. Just see the outside world, No one like Nexus
HTC collabrated with beats, facebook and now amazon...
nothing is working for them.
HTC should collabrate with google and make the nexus 6.
nexus line up saved LG's ass
Anonymous, 16 Oct 2013This phone will sell like hotcakes too just like the htc facebookLOL!!
I wish Google again collaborated with HTC to make the next Nexus phone. HTC has all it takes a non expandable memory and a built in battery just a perfect Nexus.
Amazon should just make their own os, it's not like they're using the play store, or any other of the benefits of android.
HTC is dying... Experiments are not innovation...
if you cant innovate you have to get hold of the masters...
Microsoft can save HTC...
get the Windows OS for free
Dual-Boot windows OS with Android handset
Give choice to the customers...
While I have sworn off the Kindle after the 2nd gen, I would hope that they relax there grip on and lock down on the UI of Android and then I would THINK about getting one. I am not interested in there overlay and lock down anymore and am not planning on purchasing anymore Kindles or there version of Android any more.
YuYu Alsalmi, 16 Oct 2013There's nothing is called (HTC hardware) Only UltraPixels cameras Ultrapixel cam is designed by hTC and manufactured by ST Microelectronics Inc.
HTC can't do marketing which is why they were successful before using this strategy.
Good example is the HTC Butterfly & Butterfly-S. HTC One got all the focus and marketing, however the Butterfly (hate the name) is a great phone with a completely different look from the ONE. The Butterfly has vibrant blue and red backs, is a more curved back compared to the HTC ONE. From a style perspective, these two phones SHOULD HAVE been marketed very differently. Instead, HTC priced the Butterfly in the premium market and then did almost no promotion of the phone. It's encouraging that HTC is not ready to give up on the Butterfly, as the Butterfly 2 is now in the works.
