hah.. you are funny... apple cannot own part of arm's patent portfolio because it was never for sale... the same thing is saying that microsoft own's 80% of intel portfolio.... you mad?!?!? that is typical of an apple fan boy thinking that apple owns everything.

Anyone can manufacture processor, qualcomm, texas instruments are just vendors. ARM owns all patents and apple partially own ARM.

Instead of counting their blessings, Apple is on the offensive. But I think at the end of it all, Samsung will come out the winner because, as it is said, Consumer Is King. And the king's decree supersedes rulings and bans.

This was said in the article: The Cupertino-based company aims to reverse ITC decisions which allow Samsung to design workarounds for its products thus managing to work around the ban.

So, when Samsung actually changes this and goes another way outside of that patent, Apple is going after them again for avoiding the ban by changing those things in their phones and want to punish them even more for fixing the problem to go outside of the patent?

Do i see it right that way?

We don`t really see the need that the Americans would have access to quad core smart mobiles, when they can stick with their dual core bitten apples forever. We are proud that we are above them .

Fruit fans what do you have to day....Apple will fail...if they continue to ride the illusionary high horse

The truth is the new iphones have a underwhelming demand as opposed to all that noise that was made before the release & Apple needs to come up with these underhand tactics so CONSUMERS get cornered...& the focus gets shifted to something more mundane.

By all means - if Apple has a case then they should prevail. Samsung will survive - after all the USA population is only little more than 4% of the planets population.
