I would assume this would be marketed to folks who want a Vertu, but don't want to spend that amount of cash or want something a bit lighter/smaller? Wonder when the platinum version will come out.... :-p

In case no one hasn't noticed, Gold phones are fugly. They are not cool, they are 100% tacky.
A better iteration would have been a platinum edition, or a gun metal color.

lol George P., or the Bond villain. Yeah, completely pointless phone. One of those devices that even if you could feasibly drop the coin for it, you know you wouldn't.

I don't really care for the look of this edition. I like the 8800 Arte more.

This clearly a STAEMENT MAKING PHONE.... Might not be everyones cup of tea, in terms of looks, but certainly the majority of people WOULD LOVE to own one.... Only hater will be people who want but cant have ..... There is room for this in the market, it will sell, and will turn head...WHILST MAKING PROFIT !!! Objective done ! They dont need to give all singing danceing features, thats what the N series os for, for YOU N SERIES GEEKS !! This is PURE CLASS AT ITS BEST !!!
