I think newcomer should start with low end phone fo... more@ the list price of 399eu... it is indeed on the high side considering that Jolla is a new comer into the mature smartphone arena. ...even though it may be packed with impressive hardware...
It would be more practical if the brand team gives some thought on market penetration.
im so glad that these ex employees left nokia just bcoz it dropped maemo/meego OS. im waiting for a real successor of n900.

Why do people mention WP and other OS's? The article is about Jolla and there is nowhere a word about Nokia, or WP. The Jolla team are former Nokia workers, that's it.
And yes, it seem's, that Sailfish is going to be a hell of a OS! The only problem with the phone is the screen size. 5"+ would be great!
