Paid $100 at wally world about 6-7 months ago, verry resilient device, always wrap your phone in a rubber case. this one survived the overnight on the wet highway test :) Ill keep her til she dies, or the service f ups $omehow..
I prefer 525 as some of the apps need 1 gb ram and in 520 most of the apps dont work. i regret getting 520 in the month of nov.
Has anyone noticed how right after this deal came out the 520 made it to the top 5 most searched phones ?
OMG, that's an unbelievable value! I should get this.
Anonymous, 18 Dec 2013Worth it as GPS alone. It comes with Nokia voice activated GPS worldwide navigation for free. ... moreIn 520, it supports only one country , depending on the sim card . World wide GPD ia available on lumia 620, 820 and 920 I believe
Am I missing something? It still shows $59 for me even after I checked Amazon immediately after reading this yesterday.
its not uncommon for some companies to pay other companies to give "better coverage" for their products.
Anonymous, 18 Dec 2013Worth it as GPS alone. It comes with Nokia voice activated GPS worldwide navigation for free. ... moreThe voice navigation is restricted to the country of origin of the SIM you use when first activating that feature. To get world-wide voice navigation you have to pay extra. You get world-wide voice navigation for free in the upper end handsets like the 925
how is possible........!!!!!
WP depends entirely on the Nokia. If there is no Nokia, WP market means nothing . Even MS begging and offering money to Samsung to use its products. What a joke.
AnonD-134497, 17 Dec 2013Yes I do. I currently own a Note II(4.3), iPhone 4S(iOS7), Lumia 1020, 920, 520 and all are on... moregive me one. pleace.
england
AnonD-164435, 17 Dec 2013Of course you can but, trust me, most of android phones don't work so smoothly like WPsWP8 is also doesn't hang and force close like crazy like on Android.
Worth it as GPS alone. It comes with Nokia voice activated GPS worldwide navigation for free. Plus it has really good sound quality through headphone and very loud speaker.
Not a bad price if you want to have a play with a WP.
its good deal, considering it has here map and drive.... :)
the best price to value ratio ever
I think is a GREAT IDEA from Nokia, Why? because there still people who thinks Adroid are the best OS option and whit this cheap but good handset people (new cust) can experience a new kind of OS for low price!
AnonD-197784, 17 Dec 2013Yeah! He currently used a Lumia 520 and wants to wait a year and buy Samsung Galaxy Note 4!!Correction. 520, 920, 1020, Note 2, iPhone 4S :)
yeah, 17 Dec 2013note 3 was just released in october... and all Note's are released within a year of each other... moreYes I do. I currently own a Note II(4.3), iPhone 4S(iOS7), Lumia 1020, 920, 520 and all are on GDR3. Will soon be getting Windows Phone 8.1. My point is, this year, I have actually bought 4 smartphones and therefore, I will wait for a year to use sincerely what I already got. This is why I am waiting for a year. I am actually very impressed from the Note 3.
I can still buy a Note 3 by selling off my Note 2 and iPhone but I think I should test and experience what I already got.
