> In reply to MittMittins @ 2014-01-14 21:58 from 3iJC - click to readYeah ok dude. Release one less phone for Samsung means death to the company. We all know that Samsung needs to make a phone for every occasion so that they can "sell millions". This year it has to be S5, S5 active, S5 mini, S5 max, S5 light, S5 metal, S5 plastic, S5 whatever samsung will make it. This is how they claims S5 series sells millions.

So please, think for once. a company will die if they don't have a flagship for the year. Are you going to use last year's sales to pay for this year's expenses? Would you sit here and stop production and reflect when you could make another billion for the year? THINK

Well, my comment about this "news" was deleted again.
So I will just quote the article and let you decide who "seem to have gotten their wires crossed", and what was my comment about.

"Samsung execs seem to have gotten their wires crossed"

"According to the UNNAMED exec(lol), the Samsung Galaxy S5 will be unveiled in March at a New York event"

P/S:
By the way, I always like this "premium metal S5" Apple's "free" ad. To "show" how "superior" is iphone over the Galaxy.

If you want "pure Android" , buy Nexus ....or even Samsung Galaxy-Google Edition.(5 ppl already bought it)

Samsung shouldn't release the S5 this year and instead should reshuffle their strategy, start with the replacement of touchwiz with pure/stock android, all samsung proprietary apps such as knox, chaton, hub etc should be optional at the playstore and not pre installed. reduce the variations of devices and focus on one hierarchy for all countries, make a galaxy s5, s5 mini, s5 mini dous, note and tab only, abolish all the other variations. Create a website where users can download their phone's latest firmware/android update.

Galaxy S4 could endure another year.
