Well I guess they are learning from the late Steve Jobs - Focus on a few things and do them well. Brave decision by SONY. Though I would lose the TV's instead and integrate photography 100% into Android.

GSMArena, you've forgotten about Sony also splitting up their poor and loosing money TV division.

Only 40 millions that still doesn't make Sony one of the Top 5 phone maker in the world.
It's a Sony. It's a Suck.

They do not want to know, they wish only to speak, what they do not know they can just invent.

See now how very efficient it is to not seek knowledge?

> In reply to pyradark @ 2014-02-07 05:14 from t7Xr - click to readBecause, since the Xperia Z SOny has enjoyed good sales of higher end models, and now their avaerage selling price has increased again. LG on the other hand cant earn as long as they sell mostly low end units, theres not much profit in an L3. Its not surpriseing that LG has flopped once again in high end, G2 really should have a card slot and the horrible update treatment the Optimus G and G Pro received isnt helping. They spent more money in ads for G2 than they earned from G2 sales, in their publications they called it like "making the LG brand name known" and i guess they are hoping for long term effects from it but i still think they need to make better flagships.

sony is making a big mistake. selling PC business is so stupid. Windows9 is a convergence of desktop and mobile OS. which is a double opportunity for Sony. but PC business(windows) is defenitely going to be there for next 50years for sure. it looks like just because sony hates xbox its not adapting windows. anyway we'll have to wait and see if sony makesup its mind or whos gonna buy Sony
