It's good that SE going to lunch 12MP camera phone. Guys don't you feel that they should more focus on good optical zoom and video recording facility.

I' excited about this,I have a C905 and have had a LG Renoir, the 905's pictures are awesome already (the Renoir was a awful phone with terrible pictures) so with 12mp this will be quite something.

i've been a nokia fan for a very long time.. but now that many manufacturers now are implementing the S60 OS on their phones, i'm kindda opening up now..
and i gotta say, that 'idou' phone looks a whole lot like Viewty at a glance..the front specifically.. what do you think..? =)

O.k people might be happy with the 12 mega-pixel camera mobile,but if Sony Ericsson make it like the C905 they will be losing loads of fanatics as they let them down releasing the C905 when they knew it was made correctly by them,so lets see the reviews first before people start bragging about this phone,if it turns out to be another badly mobile from Sony Ericsson

Sony Ericsson also announced that they are planning of hitting the video playback from various angles by not only focusing W995 on video, but by providing unlimited movies downloads via the PlayNow Arena Movies service, which would require a monthly subscription.
By this do they ment that they are going to improve the video playback of the W995? ( i hope)
Or are they just going to improve the PlayNow Downloadservice?

Is 12MP too high? Well, I want to see the sample pictures before i pass judgment.
What I think Idou does right is its features. Wifi, xenon flash, microSD, large screen, two cameras for video calls. This makes it the most spec out camera phone (or is it multimedia phone now?).
My only real complaint is the release date. End of this year? Wth.

Well I am a Nokia Fan but SE have done a really remarkable job with these two phones........i just hope dey r nt over priced.....bcoz in d past nokia phones with hype like n95 were nt dat much worth dey were retailing....same with n96 but recently sony ercisson were following dis awful trend.......i just hope dat dese amazing products r priced competitively so dat we cn expect smethng better nt just 4m nokia but also 4m motorola samsung LG etc......thnks 2 competition every manufacture is producing sme gr8 phones but in d end i just hope they r priced well....peace....hwever seeing recent fones 4m nokia m nt hopeful of a gud reply 4m nokia......
