Exclusive arrangements with a single carrier are not going to encourage widescale acceptance of this OS. Vodaphone and other carriers already dismembers other OSs to re-direct its customers to its range of services despite this affecting the integrity of the original design of the device. Pity if Android is generally going to suffer this fate in order to hit the shelves.
