That's because the Omnia brings you next to a review screen of the picture that you have just shot. You then have to go back out to take another picture.
The T929 Memoir is slightly faster, but same sh*t. Picture quality is much better of course, and so is the video.
Hey, no one says that a multimedia phone is made just for shooting pictures. The camera is there when you need to take picture on special occasions, not for taking picture all the time. That's why we still got digital cameras with less delay time and much better zoom (i.e. optical).

Would like to know when Samsung will bring phones with the Skipe as Nokia is promissing on the N97

I saw in the pictures that in Multimedia phones there is the i900Omnia. Is this the Omnia that all we know or a different edition with winmo6.5 or symbian or 8MegaPixels camera?

Based on the information given, Omnia HD will come out with a Symbian OS first. The Omnia HD WM 6.5 will be available later until Microsoft official release date around September of 2009.
I will wait for the multi-tasker OS. You can play your mp3 music, load a webpage with images on the web-browser, open a card game, switch to your calender to write down a quick reminder, return to your search result in your web-browser, return back to the card game to play the next hand, close your calendar program, and start reo-organizing your folder in your SDHC card with your File Explorer program while having the same webpage in you web-browser and having your card game waiting for you to play your hand left on the last game. Oops, I got a call now...

Who told you that the Omnia is a regular mobile phone? Maybe you haven't tried the T929 Memoir. The interface is far worst than the Omnia. I guess you should go back to a regular phone without touchscreen or stick with a simple me-phone.

Omnia i900 is a legend. Im not sure that Omnia HD i8910 will manage to catch a bit of i900's fame. And the reason i think that is the design of Samsung trendy phones. Also winmo is much better than symbian.

I don't where you got this idea, but Omnia was never a flop. It is a sucess and Samsung is adding more to that lineup with symbian and window mobile 6.5.
Omnia HD is not TouchWiz, it's symbian with TouchWiz home interface.

The Omnia was a flop, thats why the HD is TouchWiz. Making a WM6.5 version is suicide. WM is the WORST mobile OS - BY FAR!
Loving the Android though, its great!, second to iPhone OS.
Don't know about symbian, Nokias tarnished the name...
