I think washing machines are quite more appealing than 8core phones, as well as samsung and apple.

Why?... morewhy don't you both just shut up?
why don't you go argue about washing machines? I never understand that, people will come to these forums and fight over phones but not washing machines. Is it because they really want the phone but can't afford it, are they jealous? I think yes. i just bought the Ultra, best phone ever, so take that.

Why? Because you are being bias and using illogical things to back you up in your bashing.

StraightEdgeNexus, 01 May 2014My moto g never lags nor my new nexus 7.
Fanboyism again. If you are even telling the truth...That's for YOU only. You think every single one of those works the same for everyone????? Especially flawless for a great number???? If you are again even telling the truth that there was never one lag or hiccup. If.
And you try to scapegoat fanboyism onto me?

I love my Z Ultra. Best phone I ever had (I don't take real pictures with my phone, just quick dumb ones for G+, so I don't care about the camera). Wish I had this LTE version, though.
If you want a phone with the screen as the MAIN attraction, this is it. Phone viewing doesn't get any better than this.
[deleted post]Really honestly mediatek chipsets are crap. They just appeal consumers with seemingly better configurations than snapdragons but they still lag.
..., 30 Apr 2014wasnt their 8 core on par with snapdragon quad core 800 in cpu but lacking with gpuIt was fairly up their for using 8 2ghz coures. And offered fairly consistent results with relatively low heat and power consumption.

Either it sold poorly because it is too big or everyone is lowering prices to counter OnePlus One. Xiaomi Mi3, HTC M8 Ace and Galaxy S5 Neo are all targeting at the market OPO will arrive at.
I bought Z Ultra. It worked great and I loved big screen. Unfortunately, the touch screen was broken when I put it in my pocket. The body of the phone is not built with metal but it is plastic. It can easily be broken when we sit that the pocket make it tight and bend. There are several same cases. I hope Sony will build big screen with metal.
Anonymous, 30 Apr 2014How on Earth are Androids the lackluster when they are the very devices that bring the cutting... moreLet me explain: the M8, Z2, and S5 all pretty much used recycled designs based on their predecessors, just a ever so slight bump in specifications. The G3 hasn't been announced yet but it looks like it's going to come out as a larger G2 with beefed up specs, again not a totally new redesign.
Specification wise, this year hasn't been as exciting as last year and the year before as mobile devices are starting to plateau. With specifications plateauing, that just leaves the look and feel of the device left. The last hopes of seeing a new redesigned Android flagship this year is left in the hands of Google (Nexus 6) and Samsung (Note 4).
If Apple releases a totally redesigned iPhone 6, they'll clean house this year, it's simple. They always do. You may not like it, I frankly don't care if they clean house or not, but they will because they have repeatedly in the past and they still have a significant market share even if Android is slowly chipping away at it.
