No heating problem observed so far. Few people in flipkart (certified buyers) have complained about battery drain. I did not face it though. Only issue I have faced so far is - Sim slot 1 suddenly lost signal on few days. Switch off mobile, swap the sims, then switch on. Problem was solved. But I did not like it. So I am not using it as a dual sim phone. Using it as a single sim phone only.
How about Xperia E1 dual? it's a clear Walkman/music proposition which supports 100dB loudness in this price for India, none of other b1rand could stand out this!

Plzz let me know, are u using #motoG for last 3 months?
Plzz help me about it, any lag, error or other issues on working of #motoG?
I m planning to buy #motoG. So I request u to help me about #motoG, as u r using it for 3months. Regards.
I hope that a decent amount of memory is allocated for apps as I have a xperia miro with 4Gb of memory but I can't update apps like Chrome, Google+ and You Tube for example as my phone splits its memory into phone and internal and obviously Google apps want to use only the phone memory not the internal memory which is bigger. That may be a unique memory split only to my phone/Sony phones in general though. Could be good though. Peeked my interest, but I hope a 4G version of the Moto G comes along soon as I really need to replace my phone soon.

joal, 07 May 2014this doesn't have front camera... Nokia XL will take care of it.Who told you !!! Haha, look at the specs on the rumour section on gsmarena for this Phone. This phone does have a 1.3 mp front facing camera, a card slot, a gig of ram, latest version of android and most of all a WORKING TOUCHSCREEN :D
if this phone does not have expandable memory then it will be a crap...

This phone should be awesome for someone like me who almost never leaves his PC and is an uber PC geek.
This is not for the guys who want all the power in the world. This is for people like me who just want to browse Internet, use Navigation software and randomly play Temple Run and rarely make phone calls.
This is the perfect phone for someone like me who never leaves his computer. Looks like it would soon be in Bangalore and I won't hesitate to buy it at all because this is all I need.
Motorola is the only outside company which understands the Indian market with it's low cost devices. Good Job Motorola.
rahul, 07 May 20148500 INR
That's the price for this PhoneExpected price 8,500/- ..............This phone will compete with Nokia Lumia 520 & Samsung S duos 2 under 10k range...........
Moto E :-
1. 4.3 inch screen
2. 1 Gb ram
3. 5 mp camera with flash.
4. front camera
5. Expandable to micro sd card
6. 1900 mAh battery.
Best Budget phone but no idea about Lenovo servoce centers.............Is Lenovo taking Motorola phones?
Its more likely to be 9.2mm thick as making it 6.2mm thick would be incredible for a budget phone. Should have upped the processor power a bit as 1.2ghz dual core won't cope with some of the more demanding apps and games. My old krait powered xperia T was struggling a little and that was 1.5ghz. Still the moto g is the best all round package.

Motorola also specify that their Droid RAZR M (XT905) is only 8.3 mm thick. But it is a wedge, and the 8.3 is most likely at the thin end, not the thickest or probably not even the average thickness of the device. They can be a little creative with their specs, and probably take advantage of the fact.
I dont think so that it will be HD I think it will be qHD (540x960) but it would be still good display resolution for 4.3 screen. I just hope it will have led flash in the camera.
If this is going to come with a microSD slot, might as well grab this instead of Moto G. The price is just too good to sport a 720p display, but hopefully it does.
