tuqqer, 09 May 2014If you used more question marks in your post, more of us would be convinced of your logic. tuqqer????????????? where the heck did you come from in between?????????????????????????
Does that convince you champ???????????
Grow up Duh!!
Steve job's deals were with top companies like Intel and Google, but now apple instead of improving the company by working with top guys like Harman/Kardon or Bose, scares of an only catchy but very bad quality company, beats! Apple pays billions because of fear!
Hmmm....look like a chances for Apple to sue HTC again after this....
All beats is is an equaliser boost that's it no magic..Apple have superb audio anyway no need for a gimmick..
Anonymous, 09 May 2014Ok Agreed I missed that....but that still doesn't change the fact that Beats are not the choic... moreOf course, Beats is not the choice for most people. From what I've seen on the comments here, the Beats supporters aren't saying they are the best. They are just countering the detractors who say it is terrible. I also haven't seen anyone here saying they are the best simply because Apple bought them.
I am so sure the HTC One is much better that any useless iPhone that's 5 inches... I am talking about the m7.
And the funny thing is this, they think they'll lure alot of customers with like $800+ for a useless phone with n o functionality and some fancy headphones
Mohammad.Ah.Av, 09 May 2014Imitation - imitation - imitation of HTC . . . . . Best Brand HTCYes thank you... Apple are total gimmicks
you like the hype. I already tried that headphone. Bought from official retailer, had the $500 ish model. It has alumunium body. But the sound quality itself is WORSE. Very boomy and lack of detail. Really really really, overpriced. iWasted 500 bucks.

Just because Apple bought them....doesn't mean they are the best...
Apple move is correct. Everybody known Beats headphone quality is very low, but Beats' marketing style is similar than Apple. IBeats in 3 2 1...
nothing to do with apple.. Dre Beats are the most overrated headphones ever..

The smart business move was to go with the option that cost less, which is why they avoided the Beats licensing fee and went with their own proprietary BoomSound property. The Harmon Kardon version is a limited release and not available in most places. Anything else you need me to correct you on?
Anonymous, 09 May 2014Lol. Trash would not buy trash? And that ridiculous claim...Even if it were true...Some how me... moreAs usual, it didn't take you long to start calling people you disagree with trolls. Do you go a single day without calling someone a troll?
As for what Firmani said, yes, this is pretty good recognition for Beats. For a VC funded firm to be acquired by a firm of Apple's stature is a clear validation for their business and certainly makes the company far from being crap. Of course, I'm looking at it from a business sense, not the consumer-based fanboy goggles that you're using.

HTC laptops are so much better than MacBooks. Apple will only use beats in their iPhone and iPods.
You all are the most intelligent people in the universe.
Anonymous, 09 May 2014Clear indication that you have no expertise in this topic...so please STFU........why did HTC ... moreHTC switched from Beats because their share price and profits tanked and they needed cash to avoid another quarterly loss. Their stake is Beats was an easy asset to divest. Clearly this is a topic you don't have any expertise on. Why don't you run along and continue listening to whatever it is you listen to and leave the business discussions to the grown up.
