I like to download the new firmware for nokia 5800 but cannot get in because in my place dont have downloader because im in macau near hong kong can i help me for this problem because i see people say wait for 1 month is very poor waiting long time.

What are you talking about? How is the US slow with updates when the 5800 NAM was just released for sale here a month ago and it's already got the most current firmware available? My 5800 NAM is on V20.2.014 which is higher than V20.0.012...

Believe me this is one of the most worthless phone ever built by Nokia. I know becuase I used many phones for many years. I am a Nokia fan but man this phone sucks. I bought one and it has the most cheap plasticky feel. The camera sucks. now dont tell me to go and buy a camera to take pictures. when I am buying something, I am PAYING for all the features, and if the features like the camera is not working good then someone has not been doing a good job. Hell even a many years old Nokia N70 takes excellent pictures than this junk phone.
People are saying this phone is so cheap and full of features. Now I know why Nokia released it with so much less price, becuase its an incomplete, useless prototype phone Nokia using to test and make a better phone in the future like N97. We are the test subjects of Nokia when we buy this phone.
You have been warned, never ever buy this Junk. Completely useless phone. I just gave mine for repair after less than a week of use. I saw other people also returning this phone when I went to the service center.

I'm using the set for last over 7 weeks, there is no document viewer which is a very essential application for this sort of set. Also, the camera result is very poor.

there already is a full black version with a silver line. It is available in singapore but i'm not sure about other countries.
The black/silver one is also available in the US.

Is this for both the European and US models? The previous comment below says the current firmware is V20.0..12.
