> In reply to CHOCBHED @ 2009-03-31 09:05 from mipC - click to readIt is a pity that most of us are not market or business oriented at all. Even if it was released a month ago, it wasn't official and it was going through trial stage to know is workability. Now that the sofeware(firmware) passed the test of time; Nokia now took the bold step to officially announced it to the public.

Please we should be guided by the Principle of Production in Economics. Most of posts are ridiculous and biased.

You will have to follow the steps of PC Suite "Firmware Upgrade" section. According to some users, even if you connect the phone via USB and launch PC suite - it will automatically detect the new version available. Of course, this would need an active internet connection on your phone.

This is the Firmware V20.0.012. I've been using this for over a month now. People who already have this version have the updates already on your phone. Just check them again if you are still confused!!!
