no new firmware in croatia because it was one of responses to recesion by croatian premier samander.

I've seen that the v20 adds new interface,fixes bugz,changes interface for icons,makes secondery camera work...and now the v.21(I think this is what is all about) they say the same thing...but I don't see improvement in the new firmware regarding let's say about the top favorite friends ! I seen that the nokia 5730 XM has more than 4 top friends...it has around 6...so why didn't nokia updated this feature on the new firmware??? as I heard...it wont be the last update..so let's hope it will be included in the next one...

This is old news as the firmware has already been released a couple of weeks ago. If GSMARENA would have told us about the version of the new firmware then it would have been easy. But what they are talking about now is old news. No need to search for the firmware, there isnt any new one yet. And man the phone is still buggy.

Too late, I've already returned this phone back! Haven't seen a crapier phone! It's even worse than Motorola! NO MORE NOKIA's E-V-E-R!!!

I bought my device with v 20.0.012, but a few days ago there was minor release 20.0.014 (not sure if it was 14 or 16) which addresses a problem with 3G video calls as far as I saw the announcement. No major updates that I know about.

Strange, there is no new firmware for most product codes I try on the Nokia website. I have one XM British Isles BLUE (code 0559346) and there is no sign of new firmware. Besides it, that Update Application "new" function is already present on my device (that's version 20 something). Cheers

Hi,
Any of the users in India faced an issue with the pre-loaded songs NOT playing after upgrading the firmware? Is that a known issue, and can it be resolved? It's being discussed in the Nokia forum as well - but no breakthrough as yet...

I have just tried it for my 5800 Express an it says no updates available ,so Gsmarena get this story removed as it going annoy alot of people,an get people angry with Nokia

If Nokia an all the other produces stop the Networks from putting there own software on there mobiles,everyone who as bought the 5800 Express would be able to upgrade there mobile,Orange an Vodafone always spoil mobiles an put there software on there mobiles an it Prevents you from Downloading the new firewall,i have just checked my mobile that is Orange an it says no updates available,thats why i am trying to get my 5800 express Debranded to get rid of the Orange Software on it,then i will be able to get the new update,this happened with my N95 8gb until i got it debranded
