wow...hope this phone will kick most of the hp a** out there....pretty done well with the viewty..u know...the viewty is Q4 2007 model but the feature is way too sophisticated and advanced! hope the viewty 2 will do the same! but why there's no xenon LED? hope it will not give any drawback to the new device...

Try the Samsung Pixon, Samsung Innvo8, N82, N79 ....and you will impress with how great they are this camera phone quality compared with digital camera.

I own original Viewty. Camera is ok in daylight but useless in poor light. I was very excited when I heard Viewty 2 will have xenon flash.
THE ONLY WAY TO SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVE THE CAMERA IS WITH A DECENT XENON FLASH
Megapixel count is irrelevant past 5MPX.

Cameraphones are still FAR BEHIND digital cameras for picture quality. I have the Viewty & picture quality is ok in daylight & very bad in poor light. 99.9% of people don't need more than 5MPX,
What we need in a cameraphone is:
1) Better optics
2) Much much better flash (very disappointing if Viewty 2 doesnt have xenon)
3) Optical zoom
Only then will cameraphones come close to digital camera quality

Really?!!! I believe you never try b4, or bad in camera shot. Go check around photos people taken using Samsung Pixon, Innov8, U900, U700, D900i, SE C905, C902, C510, Nokia N82, N79.... and etc. They all can take decent and even pro photos!. lots samples here:

If you said no camera phone can produce results like DSLR camera..then is YES! but not produce result like a standalone camera? Come on! They is plenty decent photos taken by camera phone!

Quite a nice phone but it doesn't have good battery life and lens cover. such a pity or else it will have been a great phone =D
