My Civil Partner has HTC One M7 32GB Locked to Vodafone.

He his getting call dropouts when on a phone call to me (I am on Google Nexus 5 (Open Phone also on Vodafone) which is on Android 4.4.4.
I believe it it the M7 at fault as its on Android 4.4.2 and this is buggy. So far there appears to be no Android 4.4.4 update on his phone when we check for updates. Anyone know when 4.4.4 is actually going to be downloading for him?
Any help most appreciated.

(A week or two ago, I can't remember) I do know it was exactly one day after I got the update on my Nexus 7, and about 3 days after I got the update on my Nexus 5.

HTC has managed to update GPE devices to 4.4.4 while Sony has updated its normal last year flagships to 4.4.4

What is going on to this slow tech industry? When did Sony become the fastest in updating devices? Even before moto updated its phones? Amazing!
