cloud1, 02 Jul 2014Put politely.... Amateurs According to you most of the companies are amateurs. I can think of sony and their xperia z2 for example who had similar issues with shipments. And many others before them...
Paxijoon, 02 Jul 2014I cannot believe people fell for this scam just for a few bucks less. This is a scam company, ... morenew company first phone had to be some issues but sure once thier sorted all will be forgotten and sure the next launch will be much smoother
I cannot believe people fell for this scam just for a few bucks less. This is a scam company, if they cannot get the phone out on time, imagine their support after the sale!!!
Just bought it here, in Moscow, Russia.
The supplies are quite scarce, but you can buy it here and there. Even though I paid roughly $590 for the 64Gb version, it's still about $180 cheaper than the 32Gb LG G3, which is sold officially.
I must say, the device is quite amazing, especially coming from a super-reliable but feature-poor BB Z30.
So I STRONGLY recommend everyone to wait a little longer. It's definitely worth it.
When I am reading this news I just received my one plus one and I am commenting from one plus one. They have failed in their campaign.
I'm done with this, after 39 days of wait now 20 day more?
I canceled my order and did buy a 32GB Nexus 5 3 days ago, it's deliverd TODAY at my house.
Most people's interest in this phone has already moved on. The hype is over, they couldn't deliver. OnePlus talked the talk, but they couldn't walk the walk. Next.
Nexus program is still alive. :-) forget this phone. I think they should start a campaign on kick starter, it fit them better. They don't even have money to pay manufacturers to build the damm phone, lol.
Ah great, by the time they do, no one will be interested on this handset. its been too long already.
Unfortunately the plain and blunt truth is this phone is nothing other than a marketing ploy.
Yes, *IF* you could get it *TODAY* (or in the next few months) it would be an impressive deal. Heck, I'm even going to say AMAZING deal, because it would be nothing other than that.
But here is the thing, you CAN'T get it today neither the majority will get it anytime soon.
How exactly does that make it just "a marketing ploy"?
Because technology prices drop as time goes along. What today is nothing short of an AMAZING deal pretty soon will be just another offering like any other. If you are not careful with the calendar, it will actually become an OVERPRICED offering.
You can bet they are counting on this to capitalize all this viral marketing.
So yeah, sorry to burst your bubble but you are all being treated like sheep.
