READ THIS HTC FAN BOYS: http://www.cnet.com/news/htc-o...le-charging/
so immature by HTC and jealousy is clearly showing. Samsung can lose 1M customers but still be wealthier than all companies put together. Get a life HTC,worry about your own company rather than worrying about charities. your company cant even SURVIVE!

Techno J, 28 Jul 2014Truly agree with you. I'm currently using an HTC M8 and I had a Galaxy S5 few months ago. It h... moreI went to samsung showroom to see s5 and when i saw it... I was like what? Is this what u call a falgship.. lol
Wish HTC would do the same for their own phones that are still under warranty.
When you go to sleep and want to charge Galaxy S4 overnight make sure you do not put it under the pillow as it tends to heat. If not inconvenience you should switch it off too.
So nice of HTC, they had lost me as a customer a few months back already, Samsung may realize one day that they are losing their customers, even the ones who are crazy for them wouldn't be able to take it longer

And then over in the Mi3 forum you got people so $%@&$% brainless they don't even know they have to remove the protective film covering the screen otherwise it blocks the proximity sensor. I genuinely think most users here are really the latter.
Maybe HTC, LG, and Samsung should fire all their engineers and hire you guys. *rolls eyes* riiiiight.
Silly samsung, i have owned all samsung galaxy s modelsup till s4 then note 3 and have often found their customer service to be at the very least sufficiant, but this was a bad move by them, they should have at least spoke to the person to discuss the issue rather then ignore them, its a good little gesture from HTC with their nice flagship. Not my phone of choice beqcuse of its camera but still i would gladly take one if i was given it free.....
Very sad.. First it was from the S3 when it was newly launched. Now the s4. Samsung is showing its class. Very sad.

A metal body of course. Electronics don't like heat. So if you can disipate the heat, your phone will have a longer life.
Makes perfect sense. So what if the phone gets hot on the outside. It's not like you are holding a cup of boiling water.
Never believe in plastic phones.
They cramp too much speed / battery, that it exceed thermal limits of the materials used.
Look at HTC / Apple / Sony, they create quality device for customer, their benchmarks are standard and believable. Samsung just boost their phones beyond safety limits to hook unexpected geeks and spec lovers.
Yes I agree that Samsung's Service isn't excellent as I previously had some issues with them too. However,I buy and sell different used and new phones and the m8 is here. People think that metal body is good. However, if you play with the HTC m8's camera or a bit gaming it heats up and the metal body transfers all the heat to your hands increasing it even more. It is very annoying and now I understand why Samsung and LG goes for plastic. Trust me, plastic built phones are much comfortable than aluminium phones which are very uncomfortable to hold as well as use.
