But too bad, 1GB is always the preferred amount when games and apps released. Enough for the OS but not for games and apps.

If HTC were to release a release a WP 8.1 variant of the One M8, they should have gone for dual boot. It would have been awesome.

So 2GB makes sense. 1 GB for OS + 1 GB for lockscreen.
