this model's r made for the american mobile costumers!

desing is 100% american!

if you bring that out in europ nobody wil get this phones!!!

Nokia Mako is the only that looks intresting: small and smart (and probably cheap). But still: NOKIA COPYED MOTOROLA ?! (Nokia Snapper / Motorol K1)

Why the criticism? These are Nokia devices made for AT&T only! Luckly for us that these devices will only exist in the United States! The european and latin people have different taste that the american people in mobile!

you guys dont understand that nokias main market is in 3rd world countries instead of primarily the United States... Its only natural they make certain phones cheaper. However they still have the n series and the E series.

i think it will b like wat happened to moto and moto razr.
look at the signs: they r producing stuff that looks like a certain series over and over again. no touchscreens, and all the screens r about the same quality. hardly any improvements in build quality and almost no improvements on specs since the n95.

Nokia has gotten too arrogant, result? lame phones that would probably only sell in a country where cell phones has just been invented. For the rest of us it is just unacceptable. Get your act together nokia people. Your still stuck with your inadequate cameras and your insufficient symbian OS. Get with the program!

also if ur a photographer and u hv to edit images that are 2mpx big u wud not b hvin a gud time., it wud b a lot harder than editing something that is say 8mpx big. i know quality doesnt depend on mpx but u can do much more with a larger image than a smaller one.

these fones r frigging ugly!!im glad they aint coming to uk..altho nokias other fones namely 5800.6300,6700,n79,n85,n97 are pretty good looking but no beasts like n95!i love my 6300 n 5800 but 5800has very little RAM which means i surf net without flash content else internet browser closes down...arghhh.

Wow! Nokia must be desperate and running out of ideas! Just look at the "Grouper"; looks like the three year old Motorola KRZR K1!!! (I'd take that as an insult!) No wonder Nokia named these phones after fishes: they sure stink!!!!

My first response was to check if today was April fools' day, negative.
I mean, is this for real?, and if you open the specs and look at the platform,
Grouper: same as Snapper, Snapper: same as Grouper
Mako: same as Tarpon and Piranha!!, really??
And that Mako, automatic landscape portrait orientation, it doesn't even have a portrait keypad! And a one-touch Gps access? And even the N97 doesn't have USB charging for those to have it.
This is a joke right?

Increasing mp count is the easiest thing and is marketing bullship!im no nokia fan im just enthusiast photographer and i know mp doesnt mean jack!i hope the mp race ends soon just like MHz race in cpu's few years ago
