Pretty much all the rumors regarding the new iPhone turned out true - the iPhone 3GS (S for Speed) has a 3 megapixel camera with video recording and a compass. The unexpected thing however is that 3G S will look exactly as the original iPhone 3G.

Apple in the same way like Motorola with their Razr. Nothing interesting comparing to 3G, it's not a progress.

collect the set. 3 'G'astly 'S'enseless bits of plastic. I wonder what the carbon footprint of this years wwdc is? plenty more suckers on Orange in the UK though.

Just little and insignificant improvements, no reasons to change the old 3G, they are really slow!!!! What about video-call?

This is why apple fail at everything that’s great! They first dominate the market with a unique piece of technology, take the world by storm and then forget what it is that got them there in the first place, never ever listen to what people really want. So they just fall behind and their products just become expensive paper weights. They should have really listened to what people wanted and expected. VerySad

So to sum it up
Faster? Well, yes it is faster; but not faster than any of the phones out there.
Universal Voice Command? Nice but you get it with the OS 3.0
Find my iPhone? Nice but not something totally new; Microsoft had it a long time ago.
Better Camera? Yet to be verified.
Front calling camera? Who really use that? I mean it's a great feature for helping people with special needs to carry out phone calls but other than that people use it for capturing silly portrait photos. Verdict: you can live without it.

a huge disappointment. THis a phone has a 2006 specs. Iphone it´s not a phone... it´s just a week media portable device. I´ve the 1st gen of Iphone and i must say that it sucks. I had to buy a real phone... Nokia E71. I believe that Nokia N97 will be a huge sucess. ITs a real phone and 2009 specs. Great software.
