Every1 please buy what u lyk, Apple never lags and thats the reason it does not have a back button. but androids is faster. the only reason it lags is due to customization from diff brands as it is open source. samsung touchwiz, xiomi miui, htc sense, etc. being a note3 user Ijust want android user to update their phones to stock android without those stupid skins. Trust me u will eat apple everyday for breakfast. Apple ios has a very strict standard for releasing apps. but its ok I cant become a slave after paying 500 GBP and don't lyk a phone company dictating what I use or how I use it. Cant share music or pics. BS Happy android users welcomes the slaves. Go ur 6th level of master is calling you START CRAWLING and want to check how good your i phone is i m up for it . anytime anyplace
the bigger one shows lower results because the chip/ram are doing more work running a larger screen.
Same goes if it goes to higher resolution screen in the future, lower results, because it's harder to run higher resolution screens and do the benchmarks at the same time
I love reading the comments isheep wright, it's so funny how little they know about computing harware. Do you not realise what apple are doing, I had an iPhone 3gs, 4 and 5 and by the time I got to the 5 I realised just how boerd I was with iphone, it's the same thing every year a few little features added and you're expected to pay more than any other phone. What apple are doing incase you didnt realise is using the same components and changing the odd bit here and there making it cheaper to make the handsets but then have the nerve to raise the prices almost every year, limit people to 16gb unless they pay an extortionate amount for the higher memory version, I mean for god seak they still have a 16gb version with no sd card slot, for the price id expect 32gb. Apple should be a marketing company coz that's what there best at, convining people to buy old hardware for a higher cost than any other phone out there. I moved to andriod about 2 year's ago and I've never looked back, iphone is a phone with apps and a few feature's. Any andriod phone is like a poket computer, whan I first started using it I was like wow this is like widows on a desktop but on a phone, it's a real operating system. I have a file manager, I have the ability to customise software, the os is completely open to me, I don't need to use software to get music on my phone and I can use any computer to put stuff on it without wipeing everything not to mention the ability to put moviees onto it very easily (copy and paste). I used to think like I sheep "this is all I need, I dont need the stuff andriod has" well guess what I was wrong, my eye's were opened, you should open yours too iphone fan's, give something else a go you might just like it, obviously this doesn't go for everyone but there are a lot of people out the who I think would benefit from the move from iphone andriod don't blindly fellow others or what apple says choose a pbone that suit's you
Well, just a recommendation, please listen to m8, m7 speakers... :D after that... you will be ashamed of the speaker quality :D
btw, I don'T care what you gonna buy, or use..or whatsoever, I just brought the popcorn :D now fight :D

The old iphones have always had hardware that is worse than the Samsung alternative. Keep buying your crappy sheep phone though.
64bit doesn't mean anything when the operating system your using sucks.

And anyone who's been around for some time should know that completely different chip designs can't be compared to way you keep attempting. In the end it's about efficiency/actual calculational power.

Yep, that explains it!

"News" that is more than 2 years outdated to begin with but worse, heavily tainted because it was from an sour Qualcomm competitor that was struggling (read: utterly failed) to make it into Android world?
Amuse us some more with such "news".

GOSH! Are there many like you?

X, 19 Sep 2014The games use the GPU cores, not the CPU! Poor you!More comments from someone who once heard something and took it for truth.
The GPU gets supported by all cores, only the demand varies (for most popular racing games for example between 15-60% full load AVERAGE). Now back to your homework.

Such a daft comment was to be expected from the propaganda blinded.
All my apps allow my phone to use all cores when needed. Experience. Fact And that has been the case for many years.
All CPU demanding apps (especially games and such) have multithreading support built in. And even lighter apps that only support single threaded, still get benefits from multiple cores since 1 core can be dedicated to that app, while other cores can be dedicated to the OS or multitasking in general. Or for example the Media Server running on one core, UI on another and Garbage Collector on a third.
Thanks for revealing your knowledge on the subject, or absolute lack of in this case. Back to boasting about your single threaded performance! ;-)
It's obvious that this benchmark is not optimized.
Here are different results from the same benchmark.
Note that the iphone 6 is far ahead of Galaxy s5 and HTC One(M8) on GFX3.0 .
Do you realise that the memory speed of the iPhone is higher on all tests than that of the Note 4? And do you realise that so far only the synthetic benchmarks use multicore processing, all apps use a single core, and there the iPhone rules too!
Thanks for sharing the good news! :))
What you lot fail to realize is that iOS doesn't share the specs with any other OS like Android shares with Unix running behind it. I'd buy an iPhone 5S with 128gb for 1000 bucks any day instead of a low quality plastic 800 bucks 16gb Samsung S5.
Honestly? I was hoping the benchmarks would do better but only to shut up Samsung sheeps but an iOS device will always be better than an android one. 4 years from now iPhone 6 will still be rocking anything you throw at it while any today's android flagship will be little more than junk.
Keep hating. It doesn't change a thing.
