I'm pretty sure though because usually the xenon needs is accompanied with a mechanical shutter. It shouldn't really matter though if the electronic shutter is efficient enough. The purpose of the mechanical shutter is to stop extra light from coming in.

How is the flash performance in the dark? If you shake the phone while talking a picture is it blur free (With xenon flash ON)?"
It most likely would have one though I could be wrong. The blur when shaking the phone with the xenon on is determined by the shutter speed. Xenon flashes require high shutter speeds when used as the instant burst of light only last for a very short period. As for the performance of the flash, they will need to test it out.

In the preview for goodness sake. Read it! It runs Samsungs proprietary UI utilizing the new Touch UI. One definition for the smartphone is a phone that allows 3rd party developers to develop applications that utilize the operating systems APIs, in essence, allows it to make use of the hardware of the phone directly. It is not limited to Windows Mobile phones. An iPhone IS a smartphone. It runs the iPhone OS and allows 3rd party applications which utilize the device's hardware, such as 3D apps directly using the hardware graphics accelerator / processor. The main smartphone operating systems include the Blackberry OS, the Symbian operating systems (S60, UIQ are examples), iPhone OS, Windows Mobile and Palm OS / webOS.

I'm a Computer Technician, Fix, Repair & Upgrades of Computers. I don't even repair mobile phones. I just very much like Samsung Mobile Phone's, especially the Samsung i8910 Omnia HD...

This thing is ridiculously overpriced. I would understand if it were a smartphone but a non-smartphone? Come on... It may have a 12MP camera but whats the use when you can just buy a 12MP dedicated digital camera for much less. In this price range, smartphone functionality is a very big factor. It allows you to have a lot of expandability in terms of the software. I can see this phone dropping steeply in price after a couple of months, so you potential buyers should wait or buy something like the SE Satio which thank goodness has smartphone capabilites as well as a 12MP camera. And they said the iPhone was overpriced...
