It is dual stand by and not dual active.In dual active both calls can be received at same time and in dual stand by reboot is not required for use of each sim but at a time only single call can be received.

Looking forward for one of this. I own a C3-01 and totally hate the slow response in everything. In sheet it has everything that i need, in real life it's not practical for my own purposes. I don't like expensive phones as they last for 6-12 months and then they are not useful anymore or they keep getting "better" and yours is outdated very quickly. I do phonecalls, text messages, use the calculator, the calendar and the flashlight. The music player is an extra that i appreciate in a phone like this as well as the dual sim card capacity. For this low price, is exactly what i need. If i lose it (which is not uncommon with things this little), i simply buy another one. No regrets.

what do t guys think? Everyone can't afford a bb or an i phone.i'm an indian and here i've seen 3 people who uses i phone..1people using wave 2. The most of the people want dual sim phones with a low budget..maximum people doesn't know what is a smartphone..this phones are made for them..nokia case for everyone. Not only for those billionears. Truly...

You may criticize this phone for being retro looking but you have to understand first its target market. This phone is for the masses and Nokia still sees a huge market for this. Not everyone can afford a fancy smartphone. So this is for those who wanted to be connected but with a tight budget. I for one is waiting for its release. Ever since I used the Nokia 1100 I found it very practical to use and the muggers wouldn't care about your cheap phone compared if you're carrying a BB or an iPhone. I'm currently using a 1202 and also owns a 1280. Despite the flaws in each model. I still thank Nokia for making affordable phones.

very attractive phone at 20$ price.better phone than iphone4 of 700$ phone because it will do a purpose of call for which its made haha.....:)

nokia 101 is a dual standby basic phone. both 2 sim are working. just like nokia x1-01. this is not a featured-packed cellphone you are expecting. it's cheap but very useful, reliable, and easy to use. as compared to so-called CHINA PHONE which are easy to be destroyed and annoying sound. it has mp3 player, flashlight, supports up to 16gb micro sd card, dual standby sim, island keypad. because its basic and cheap, dont expect bluetooth, wifi, gps etc.
