This phone will go down in history as one of those "immortal" phones, a phone that has been immoralisted in the minds of many mobile phone users and enthusiasts like myself.
It's an incredible phone: simple, durable and stylish. One of my students forgot his phone on the tennis court (this model) and for the whole week it was raining like hell. When he retrieved it he thought that it would have been broken but no, it was still intact. INCREDIBLE!

Never had a problem, it's my standby phone which I am using at the moment as my Nokia 6300 has given up.\it has been excellent value.

Simply reliable. If the microphone didnt stuff up (well it served me for numerous teenage years!) i would be using it forever. Awesome battery life as well!

Excellent phone. Have had one for several years and I am now getting a new one... that is, a new Nokia 1101! None of that nonsense like cameras, e-mail, etc. I just want to be able to make CALLS with my PHONE!
