this phon is basic phon. battry backup is good. it has a problem in rear speker.... slim phon and it can use hardly....

you shouldn't let them full. Maybe that's the reason why your phone restarts, this is same case as mine. :) and i'm suggesting same remedy

i m frm india . Bad phone network problem always get restarted . i have 6 handset . NOKIA 1100 IS BETTER AND ALSO 1208,1209

i would suggest people not to buy this phone as people around u can hear your conversation bt if u hv already bought the phone den just stick a tape on the back holes of the phone from indside....den problem wil be solved

i got this phone in the phil for 1500psos.
approximately same in your country. it has a year warranty at nokia center. battery is very good, it is perfect for calling and texting. even the design fits your palm and fingers so you could text the whole day if you want. it is very lite and has a soft keypad so its less effort on your part.
speaker is not as bad as what you read on the posts!
i was also shocked when i tried to call the other unit that i bought(i bought not just 1 unit) the speaker is nice and you can use it everywhere and any time you want to. you could actually do SOP without worrying your room mate might hear what you are doing.
when i bought my phone the pre charged battery indicates 3 bars. it was tuesday afternoon. i charged my phone then frday morning(2 am) after continous texting. just plug it 6 hrs as initial charging and you can enjoy 2 to 3 days calling and texting, and texting max of 4 days
so see. these features are not bad for this much of price. actually it is cheap enough so if you value your money you wont regret buying this one

it is better but battery back up is very poor.Battery life is end within a year.

i also bought 3 of this phone. 1 for me, my wife and 1 for my son.
though we have our personal mobiles we considered having this as our secondary phone. very comfortable and easy to use and long battery life, my wife and i love to talk so unlicalls and this handset is the solution. it is also a very good starter phone for my 7 year old kid.
i bought it for 1500 each, cheap enough for the features it has.

I bought 2 of these phones. its the most basic phone. cheap too!
I like it. All I need are texts and some calls anyway. So this unit it good for my needs!
got a flashlight too!
