I am on my third one and I am yet to find one that works. All of them had problems reseting, freezing, and recognizing my SIM card (which works in my LG phone). Nokia is not helpful, and they refuse to give me a different model. This wouldn't be a problem, but they do not pay for the shipping to their repair center, and the phone is not worth it to keep sending it back. When I told them this, they just said they are sorry and that there is nothing they can do. I think there is plenty you can do, Nokia. They are just too damn lazy to care.

[@dd] what type of ringtone format you're using? mp3 or midi? where you bought the USB cable? from ebay? I'm finding for USB cable but not really which is suitable... is there any specific USB cable models?

#1208fans, i have 1208 usb cable data and it work fine with mobimb 3.5...

I had this phone for 2 years now.
The LCD is the most delicate part of the 1208, hard falls and exposure to moisture will badly damage it. The replacement will only cost $4, and the difference is unnoticeable. This thing is built for those who want to stay in touch without those auxillary expensive features, or, for those who want to save. It is very sturdy, and doesn't give headaches to its owner. I love this phone!

This phone has been with me 4 1yr+ and its very reliable and strong having fallen several times without developing any fault. Even when all my celeb phones conspired against me, this nokia 1208 still remains faithfull, trustworthy & loyal to its owner. Its a simple phone and i normally attend lectures with it 4 security sake. Thats why i calls it "small but mighty"

This's simple model handphone that ever i have..But it's ok to use for call,sms,flashlight with a longlife batt..no problem..
When u see it in phone market,the 2nd price still stabil..Like this b^^

If you want something that aren't a shiny-mp3y-mega pixel kinda thing and does what phone was originally created for: Communication! I don't see my phone as a fashion accessory...

*#5513 (upside down)
*#5514 (left side)

is a phone that a phone do. has no luxuries and extra options. charge the battery faster. lasts more than two days without charge.
