to jameski.. that's why its calles a basic phone, duh! to serve the true and original purpose of a cellular phone.. to call. with all due respect some people still prefer simplicity.
the thing is.. what's the difference from the 1208 model??
im guessing the software coz the 1208's program has major glitches.. shame nokia, a basic call and text phone that hangs and restart??

crap phone, as ugly as i dont know what... thats the ugliness essential.
it could be compared with motorola c550 - 5 year old, which that day was a budget phone. now is an antient one.
i have no idea what is that for... kids >10 maybe. and poorest countries in the world, Malawi & Somaila 4 example.

its a family phone with a new feature; multiple phonebook. the phone is good for budgeting calls, cos have a time tracker, that can make a limiting calls as you want it.
