The phone works good but the 'manual' stinks. If you have an up arrow to the right of the strength bars it means your call forwarding is on. Try to find this in your book especially if you have set it in error. The online 'manual' is the same as the one with the phone.

As a basic phone this is a very reliable device, the battery life is very good, I only have to charge my phone's battery once per week and the sound clarity is also excellent. Its a small phone so it fits very nicely in one's hand and it also looks very stylish. Not a bad buy if you're looking for a simple, basic phone.

this phone is very good . the main advantage of this phone is battery only its last so long even it come 4 an week . and so many times it dropped 4m my hand and fall down but nothing happened thanks 2 nokia

This phone is invincible!! I dropped it over a dozen of times on solid ground like tiles, concrete, and on rocks a few times. And its STILL IN GOOD SHAPE. I had this phone for over a year now and I even dropped it in a river for a few minutes and it worked a couple of days later.

simply it is awesome.........iused it for last 3.5 years.....infact it felldown from a 4 storey building.....my heart stopped working but it still working........ha ha.....now i m using......w580i.....

Very good phone, has been used for years, fell many times, even went into a washing machine and worked again perfectly 2 days later. Very easy to use.

it is easy to type on keypad.it is most comfortable to hands.in this there is dictionay typing also.we can snd sms as fast as possible.
