can a nokia 1616 be unlocked coz i cannot seem to unlock mine it was sent to me from india but it cannot read our local simcards i need your help coz i really love this phone

yes, this is the best mobile for all low budget. i like very much. i hope i am using only nokia 1616 for life time. good nokia 1616 i am proud of who made this phone.
