Well if you are really sure about what kinda phone you want and if you have decided that all you need is a basic phone that would let you receive and make calls and receive and send SMS, this is the one. For the price tag, I don't think you could have asked for more. You also have the reliability of a Nokia phone. On the downside, the key pad is a little too small and takes time to get used to it.

ya its good mobile....but radio receiving capaciy is very poor.....even sounds are not that much like 1100 or 1110.....wen u getting calls

Will not work from the main view.

Its not a Good Mobile because in this mobile very reduce opetions.

I've been using the N 1650 for some two months now. It is good no matter what everyone says. For a 2000 rupee price (that would be what, 35-45$?), it delivers what it is meant to deliver. It's made to send receive calls, sms when you find some free time and listen to the FM radio at home. If you want more features, please shell out more money and buy a SonyEricsson or a NSeries model. Please don't trash this phone which is after all a colorful sexier remake of 1100. If you want mp3 buy ExpressMusic or Wi. If you want the best GPRS, buy some other phone. This phone is for the simple folk. And as such this is one of the really good basic ones I've come across after the great 1100. I love this phone with all its faults. Go figure.

i bought this phone yesterday. Then i throw it many times. the screen is broken ang the housing cracks. but its till works. then i smashed with hammer and grind im my grinder. finally it destroyed hehehehehe..... it is a piece of junk and low quality phone hhahahahahahahaha.....

Review of Nokia 1650:
The Good:
Great battery life (6 days with moderate to intense usage)
Does the job of a phone well. Good speaker volume, clear sound.
Relyable. It never crashed, restarted or malfunctioned.
The Bad:
Verry slow and sluggish.
Plastic case of low quality. If squeezed makes all kinds of strange sounds.
The mediocre:
The FM reception is pretty poor. The headset is not great either. It has low volume and it makes my ears hurt.
The keyboard could be better, but it is not verry bad either.
Other thoughts. The screen has a huuuuge lag, that is part of the reason for the phones sluggishness. That is, I think, also the reason for the fact that the snake game is so painfully slow.
