my mobile 1650 is very good but yestrday me charging my mobile during the charging i put out the betry then my mobile dose not open then i get the softwere in this mobile but istaling during the softweer error

i have problem to my mobile nokia 1650.
when i call someone immediately my mobile is switched
off after some time my mobile is not started.
mechanics says - some software problem has occured.

great phone, call quality is good, flashlight is handy, 3 games, FM radio, easy to carry around, good screen
though keypad is not the best
