I am thinking about buying this phone but the only thing that stops me is the limited battery time. Is it true that you can only call for about 1h and 20min and standby about only 50hours?please someone tell me this?I'm having a hard time choosing to buyt this phone or not. I need some advice! Thanks! Greetz from Belgium

This phone is pretty basic. I have used it for a week though and it has proved handy. I have problems with weak signals and limited battery time (2 days). Other than that it has proved trouble free. The back light is exceptionally cool to look at and i was hoping that nokia would install new ring tones for it but same old crappy ringtones!

I've got the Nokia 2100 for one week now, and i've got to say that i'm very satisfied with the phone! No bugs discovered yet with heavy use... :-p The phone is easy to use (as expected), the light of the display is very sharp, bright and pleasant to see at. The display is comparable with the Nokia 8850, but the Nokia 2100 is what lighter and brighter. But one thing Nokia should have done was to minimize the battery-use, the battery lasts about 2-4 days...

I have read several reviews about the Nokia 2100 and I think it's a good phone for people who don't want / use many functions. I'm sure gonna buy this model, and perhaps keep it as a cheap reserve phone.

An economy phone. Basic features. It's for people who don't need all the other features in a phone. Let's take WAP for instance. Some people might not need it. It has more pixels so you can see more at a time and the white light for clearer view. Economy phone. For those who can't afford too expensive phones, i suggest you get the 3610 or 2100. Colour phones are cool. But you'll get bored of it after a while.

Another ripoff phone from Nokia. Pay more, get less. Shitty resolution. Tiny screen! You'll need a magnifying glass to read this.
