I'll buy it once it is released here in the Philippines! 40Eur=Php2,500! Cheap, but worth every cent because it is essential.

looks good. re posts, i wonder what is meant by a business phone ? if anyone wishes to use a phone for email / browsing / running a office suite, that is teh persons problem, not the phone's...a phone is meant for talking, and, a mobile phone to connect on the move. lets keep life simple...

> In reply to jonesylar @ 2009-03-09 23:03 from 39CaA camera is not needed for business, ok. And what is about all the REAL business functions like Office, internet and so on? A simple telephone I have on my office desk, no replacement needed for that.

It is a business phone - designed for many businesses and schools etc. that aren't allowed cameras on site, but need email or calendar/info swapping etc.

Huh? Where do you see a business phone here?

For business I need good internet, full Office suite, a good screen, lots of memory and all important software.

Such a cheap thing is definitely nothing more than a toy.

The Nokia Life Tools service that comes with this phone is a first step towards providing useful services to the rural population in emerging markets. Does anyone know if this service is free, has a subscription fee, or is based on a pay as you go model?

round/circular shaped phones are unattractive and boring. Why can't they make it like 1209 or 1650. I like the menu of this phone, I can see they have used smaller font with higher resolution like the sony ericsson phones also the colors came out really good.

practically no memory [user memory]
it has it`s own memory for about 5 or 8 mb for messages, system files, ringtones, wallpapers, and more.
u can`t have mp3`s on it,it has no camera,so u don`t really need memory on it,as u don`t really do anything but talk, text, and find out what time it is XD
