My nokia 2610 doesnt display the callers number. Is this standard or am i missing an option somewhere? Please respond to this post :)

why didnt nokia include a FM on this 2610? I mean, 2310's screen is just too small... If only they somehow combined both phones together...

Very cool handphone! At getjar.com you can find java software for this phone. I download it via WAP and it works really good! I'll buy the FBUS cable (ca-45) and then I'm going to tell how it works...
Highly recommended! I paid just U$D 40 for it, brand new.. ;-)

from here http://www.logomanager.co.uk/p...ts.php?id=51 u can downlaod the software named...MobiMB n u need to get a serial cable...not data cable ok....serial cable named FBUS cable will work with it..

the people who say that this is not a good model, i think they dont deserve to have a cell fone. its easy to buy and easy to use..

u can put mp3's on this phone. it's true that the memory is short but if u cut a song u can fit in about 4 songs. u can do it via a usb cable that costs around 11$

The gprs must be a hoax. in the settings it shows but is not connecting. Thats why its blank.

hey, the ringtones seems to be in increasing mode even though it is in ringing mode.... Usually, the sound fades in..... How do u make the thing to be like normal so that the sound won't fade in.....?

I bought the 2610 some weks ago. This phone has a VERY long standby time of 2 weeks (!!!) so that i sometimes have to guess where i put the the charger, excellent speech quality, the software is very easy to use and absolutely fast enough for me, messaging is fast, phone book is absolutely one of the best. And the handset is CHEAP! And the looks are great (mine is black). I love this phone! Will have it for a long time. 10 points out of 10! And DON'T complain that it has no USB connector, no MP3-Player (though MP3 ringtones via download are supported) and no camera - if you buy this phone, you know in advance that this is a very basic and simple phone (compared to all the "toys" out there)! Visit www.nokia.com and read the specifications, assuming that y'all can read ;-)
