actually i think the info aint 100% right! the battery for this is using BL-5C not BL-5B. BL-5B is shorter... can't fit this phone!

I recently purchased a 2610. All I want from my phone is to be able to send and recieve calls and messages, and for the phone to be reliable and sturdy. From my experience with phones previously, I've found Nokia to make some of the sturdiest phones, and the 2610 was far sturdier than anything else I looked at. Only disappointment is the MP3 ringtone capability, yet no facility to transfer my own music onto my phone for use as a ringtone.

Battery life is very good. Been using it alot for a few days and its still full. Price is cheap but looks expensive. Feels comfortable on your ears because of its curved design, unlike some phones with sharp edges like SE K700. Comfortable keypads. Pretty fast navigation for a simple coloured phone.

Very bad screen on 2610. No connectivity with PC-too bad for that mp3 tones. Cheap for people who want only phone function. Very simple.

I bought this set 2 weeks ago. Its battery time is awesome 7 days and I even had the talktime of 2 hours in these 7 days. The features of this set are awesome. Got MMS, GPRS, EMS, SMS. Software is completely changed from 6030. You can put mp3 tones as ringtones. Support USB port. You can play videos. The only backdraw of this set is it has only 3mb of memory and does not support mememory card. Rest of all this set is COOL .. low price set, small in size, handy and extremely cool. it will cost u around $85 only!

Nokia 2610 is most beautyful set, its steenless steel key pad its main beauty. its better then Nokia 6030. its feature and softwear compleetly change. it's bettry timing is very good up to 3 or 4 days.

well its more good as compare to 6030.but if u need fm radio then go for 6030.
yup it has alarm.
for mp3 downlaod read my previous post on tha same page.u need serial FBUS cable and MobiMB mobile software.

Why didn't NOKIA din giv FM RADIO ?? For a simple this feature i cant buy it..i ll hv 2 get a 6030 but this phone is more beautiful
