You cannot expand the memory of this phone because it doesn't have a card slot. This handset's memory is NON-EXPANDABLE. If only you went out to buy the Nokia 3110 classic then probably you are more than happy right now.
Great differences of Nokia 3110 classic and Nokia 2630:
1. Nokia 3110 classic has 1.3 megapixel camera (1280x1024 pixels) while Nokia 2630 only have a VGA camera (640x480 pixels).
2. Nokia 3110c has a more vibrant 256k colors active TFT display while Nokia 2630 only have 65k colors TFT display.
3. Nokia 3110c has a Mp3 player while Nokia 2630 DOESN'T have.
4. Nokia 3110c has an infrared while Nokia 2630 DOESN'T have.
5. Nokia 3110 classic's memory is expandable up to 2GB through the use of Micro SD cards while Nokia 2630's memory is NON-EXPANDABLE.
But this Nokia 2630 is more stylish and slim than Nokia 3110c though..
To ALL PEOPLE READING THIS:
BE WISE in choosing a phone to buy. Don't let the looks of a mobile phone fool you. Consider also the features and not just the looks! I recommend Nokia 3110c than this Nokia 2630.

I owned a Nokia 2630 since 3 months before. If I need MP3 expandable memmory system in this phone, what can I do for that facility?

i bought this phone yesterday. how long must i charge the battery (for the first time)before using it? it seem like never to be full. and can i charge it without turning it off?

hi this is very good phone @ low price ,camerA vga but good quality. edge 177.6 help to surf speedly. bluetooth is very good. i am happy with this.

Hi All,
I purchased 6230 yesterday for 4K. It very good and stylish handset. Can any one post me regarding USB connectivity. Is it possible to transfer data such as photo, SMS to the PC suite and if yes how or else any other alternative.

i purchased a Nokia 2630 about a week ago. It hangs very often. then i have to remove the battery and reinsert it to make it working again.
can anyone suggest a remedy?

What do you mean "it hangs"? If the phone enters sort of hibernation state, that's normal, it's a "sleep mode" which saves battery, and can be set up under display settings icon. As I previously wrote, mine sometimes forgets to enter the sleep mode, although it is enabled, I think I'll have to take it to repair shop to see what's going on...I must say I've never had so much troubles with Nokias, up until this crap...

i'm so excited having this fon. my brother told me he'll be gving me this unit... ijust hope this unit is good.. but i guess it is cause i've read from the internet it's features and i guess it would really satisfy me.

bought this phone 2 weeks ago. so far so good. happy with the keypad (messaging), speaker (ringtone, radio, handsfree)etc. on the day i bought it, i nearby dropped it on the floor twice! Luckily i catched and held it back fast. it's so light! i had to buy a casing to make it heavier for protection and better hold... ;)

i just got it today and i'm very satisfied. pair it with an usb bluetooth and you got all you need part from an mp3 player. very nice shape and features for such a small nokia price.

Hi, I bought the phone a month back. Phone is good. However, if it's lying idle for long and I don't see any missed calls or messages, it just hangs invariably. Can anyone give me some tips or anyone facing the same problem can suggest something?

2) the msg u received in ur sim card(using
previous phone) will not display out

Dear go to Menu > Messeges > options > Sim messeges..

u will get all of ur sms u had in ur sim (from previous mobile).

Well overall 8.5/10 mobile.. store upto 25,000 sms in this phone.. good bright camera.. nice speaker for mp3 ringtones.. from bluetooth device u can tranfer pic & songs to computer & vice versa..

actually im a user of this unit, almost 2days.its very friendly and very cute, my friends appreciates it because of its slim design, my P5500.00 is worth it but one thing i do not like is that the battery. it easily lowbattery.
