Anonymous, 21 Mar 2017Hi... Even mi is not giving 3 gb ram in mobiles below 6000/-... How can you expect from Nokia....It may be priced around 10k and at that price, some well known brands giving 3GB RAM, 32 GB ROM, octacore processor. Phones having Quad core and 2GB RAM are priced around 6k.

Better to buy redmi 4a with a SD processor and better battery. As far as 7.0 is concerned, MIUI is enough to compensate for that. Only when nokia 3 is placed at a competitive price with redmi 4a it will make sense to buy this nokia.

Anonymous, 27 Feb 2017MT6737 is faster and better than sd410 but nobody complains about sd410. I saw that too! Really, the 410 is SO old (in mobile tech time) that it was used in the 2nd gen moto G, and yet people complain about something that gives you more. If anything, the problem was the fingerprint sensor, not the chipset.
A MTK (mediatek) chipset is perfectly fine. At this price range, Qualcomm has a very small influency, because chipsets like these often outperform SD chips one way or the other. Many great phones use a MTK chip, and yet they have some of the best power management tech there is, like their tri-cluster arquitecture. Have you heard about the X20? Can outperform a SD820 in multi-threaded workloads, for a much lower cost. Think before you talk.
We must remember one thing, Nokia is launching phones in offline market. Xiomi has complete different business model. They sell through their own website nowhere else. When any phone comes in retail shops then it builds a consumer, retailer and product maker relationship (which builds better after sales service) and add a cost of retailer margin. Hence Nokia phone will look a bit overpriced.
Should have used Octacore processor, 3GB RAM and 4000mAh at this price. With this specification it will be competing with $100 smartphone cat
