Hi! could anyone pls tell me as to what is the max number of SMS's that can be stored on 3100 at a given time(inclusive of inbox,sent&archive). In my phone it reached upto 175(including inbox,sent,archive)What about u guys? Also does the total no. of Sms's that can be stored depend on the size of the individual msgs or is a fixed upper limit programmed by default(in terms of the number of msgs stored)? I would generously appreciate ur reply.Thank You

i interest with nokia 3100 because it special espeacially glow light.if nokia 3100 phone cheaper sure will have many ppl will buy it.i'll support nokia 3100 in low price.

t610 n 3100 ?... they ain even in the same class ....personally T610 wud b my personal choice, though 3100 is a gud phone too.

Ezekiel,you can download the Pc suite for ur 3100 from www.nokia.com which happens to be the official nokia website. As for the data cable,I guess u'll have to hunt for a few more nokia centres or other tech shops in ur region.

This phone is great, you can get it for £59.99 in woolies, carphone warehouse, the link, dixons etc on vodafone and have it unlocked via ebay for about £2 to work on any network - not bad when it would cost you £100 on any other network! Sound little phone, although it lacks a IRDA port.

ICONIC Menu on the 3100 ??? I THINK NOT.
U get that only on the series 60 phones like the 6600. The software's the samne worldwide apart from few regional differences. As far as the Battery life goes, It'l last u a minimum of 10-12 days on stand-by and 5-6 days of life on normal usage(16-20 mins a day)

Nokia 3100 is great and fantastic.
I would like to have the PC suite to enable me derived the maximum satisfaction. Some shops visited in Nigeria are not having the data cable and the PC suite.

I like this phone as it's one of the smallest versatile phone in town. You name it, it has everything except no camera & radio but it's cheap in price but expensive in features. Good Buy!

The Nokia 3100 available in India doesnt have an iconic menu interface whereas the same model available in other countries has it. Could anyone pls tell me as to whether this is a default feature in india or can be separately programmed into the phone

The N 3100 is better in phone book compared to N 2100 in term of capacity and use phone and SIM memory simultaneously. It has built in handsfree which the samsung SGH C100 and SGH X100 have no. Built-in Handsfree is more important to reduce the GSM Radiation compared to the one without. And phone memory relatively considerable in term of Inbox message. The bateray is longer than N 1100. It has screen saver. It has separated camera in three quality. in high quality has 640 x 480 pixel too. it is highest quaility in hand phone camera. but it lacks IrDA and FM radio.
