Speaking as a salesman, one of the biggest sellers and most reliable models we ever stocked was the 6021. I for one am personally delighted that nokia have finally come out with a followup, given the large number of cameraphobic phone users that need bluetooth. Here's hoping it's as reliable...

Great phone !! For me, beside sms and call, mp3 player is most likely to be the only usable extra feature. Camera ? If you have a digital camera, you will think twice on using a phone cam.
i have SE K800 which they called the best phone camera ever, and i almost never used it.

To all of you who are complaining over that 3109 does'nt have a camera, are you even remotely aware of the fact that THE main aspect of the 3109 is that it isn't suppose to have a camera!?!?!?!?
You're comments only highlight the fact that you don't understand the simplest of facts about product segmantations, and that's not very flattering for you..
If you want a camera, get the 3110 classic, if you don't want a camera, like me and most of my friends, then the 3109(and 2660) is a gift from the gods, finally successors to the outdated 6021 and 6310i.
I wish all models would come in 2 different versions, xxx0 with camera, and xxx9 without camera, because there aren't to many(understatement of the year) advanced models without camera today.. =(
This place really needs moderators who delete these stupid posts about lack of camera.

I think this phone will be a big hit among low-mid-high end segment.I will definitely get this phone if the price is right and the battery is long lasting.
NOTE: It could be the N6310i successor(who knows?)

This will definitely replace the Nokia 6021 for the B2B market. Nokia know there is a gap in the market as most corporates look for phones with bluetooth but no camera.

GUUUUYYYYYS why do you think all the phones MUST have the camera? There are tons of phones with camera! Don't you think there are some people out there who can't or don't want to have a phone with camera? Stop complaining for lack of camera on this phone.

Finally a cell with an mp3 player and other main features(gprs,edge,bluetooth etc.)without a camera is offered by a reputable company.Yes,a cell with mp3 player and extendable memory without any camera and thats exactly what I have been looking for a long time.Lack of FM is no big issue.Well done NOKIA but the price should be low as well.

Great phone, more phones with lots of advanced functions but WITHOUT camera is exactly what i'm looking for!! Throw in 3G and it would be a dreamphone.
The dimensions are stretching a bit though, 108.5 x 45.7 x 15.6mm is a bit to long and wide for my taste, 99x42x16mm would have been more appropriate for the pantspocket..
Length is the most important measurement when stuffing a phone in tight pockets, and width is the most important when it comes to resting the phone easy in your hand, to wide and you won't get a good grip, while thickness, as everyone seems to be so nuts about these days, is in my opinion the least important measurent on a phone?
I wish they would make more phones with the measurements of the wonderful Ericsson T66/T600.

This is what I've been waiting for! Stylish Nokia phone, NO USELESS CAMERA! Good features
such as MP3 player with high capacity memory.
I wish it had radio included. But fair enough! GOOD JOB NOKIA! Can anyone please let
me know how long usualy it'll take till nokia release a new phone after they announce it?? Thanks.
